I believe great design leadership is about creating clarity—clarity for users navigating complexity, and clarity for teams doing the work. I lead by grounding decisions in empathy, data, and shared principles, then building systems that allow people to move quickly without sacrificing care or craft. Whether launching new products, embedding utility into content, or scaling research and design operations, I focus on aligning vision with execution, protecting team health, and designing for long-term impact. I stay close enough to the work to understand the realities of the tools and constraints my teams face, while keeping an eye on the broader business context—so design becomes not just an output, but a strategic driver of trust, growth, and meaningful change.

Led multidisciplinary Design, Content, and Research teams supporting digital health products reaching 120M+ monthly users, driving engagement, accessibility, and trust in regulated healthcare environments. Scaled design and research systems through a company-wide Creative Operating Model, enterprise tool optimization, and trauma-informed practices while partnering cross-functionally to align user needs, business strategy, and compliance.
